Meet The Tean
Christine Louise
First and foremost, I’m a mum to two beautiful girls who inspire me every day to live with authenticity, curiosity, and an open heart. Motherhood has been one of my greatest teachers, deepening my understanding of love, resilience, intuition, and the importance of creating a life that feels aligned with the soul.
I’m also a plant-loving, fairy-spirited Quantum Spiritual Teacher devoted to helping people reconnect with their own wisdom, power, and purpose.
Through a blend of energy healing, spiritual development, and transformational teaching, I support those who feel called to live, lead, and serve from a deeper place of alignment and sovereignty. I offer certified training and mentorship in The Activation Method, Quadrasoul Healing, and Spiritual Protection & Sovereignty, guiding students to strengthen their intuition, trust their gifts, and confidently step into their soul-led path.
Alongside my training programmes, I offer one-to-one healing sessions, creating a safe and nurturing space for deep energetic shifts, healing, and personal transformation.
I am also one half of the SomaTwins, working alongside my twin sister Fiona. Together we share practical and powerful tools for wellbeing, combining breathwork, somatic practices, sound journeys, and spiritual teachings to help others reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and create lasting change.
My work is rooted in the belief that spirituality doesn’t need to be complicated—it can be grounded, empowering, magical, and deeply transformative. First and foremost, I’m a proud mum to three amazing children, and everything I do is driven by a passion for helping people feel confident, healthy and happy in their own skin.
I’m an Independent Nurse Prescriber and Medical Clinic Owner with over 13 years of experience in medical aesthetics, specialising in natural, refined results that enhance rather than change your unique features.
Throughout my career, I have developed advanced skills in facial rejuvenation, anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, profile balancing and full-face assessment. My approach is centred around understanding facial anatomy, ageing patterns and individual goals to create balanced, harmonious results that look fresh, healthy and completely natural.
As a Skin Assessment Specialist, I believe great results start with healthy skin. That’s why I offer a range of advanced skin treatments, including gold-standard CO2 skin resurfacing, microneedling, chemical peels, skin hydration injections and medical-grade skincare programmes tailored specifically to your needs.
Consultation is at the heart of everything I do. I pride myself on honesty, transparency and providing the right advice for your journey—not simply recommending treatments. My patients trust me to guide them towards the most appropriate options, always with their long-term wellbeing and confidence in mind.
Alongside my aesthetics clinic, I also co-own The Ripple Effect Wellbeing Centre in Holytown with my twin sister Christine, where I facilitate sound healing and somatic dance experiences. This holistic perspective allows me to support confidence, wellness and self-esteem from both the inside and out.
